SHARING KNOWLEDGE
TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS
With more than a collective 40 years of experience in communications, information design, branding, gender, and diversity and inclusion best practices, we pride ourselves in capturing and sharing lessons learned through professional development & leadership trainings.
We have worked with the State Department’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI), United States Department of Agriculture, the Federal Executive Institute, and others to offer practical tools and workshops to teams of all sizes, both in-person and remotely.
Our training process starts similarly to our other projects: we take the time to better understand your organization and what are the needs and problems. We then tailor our core presentations to speak to your team, whether it be an hour long virtual training to 500+ people or a three-day workshop for 30 people.
All of our trainings include group interaction through polls, exercises, storytelling, and question and answer sessions to reinforce knowledge. We also offer post-training services including follow-up surveys to gauge training success.
